Peter Wigley

Peter has had over 20 years experience in the chemical industry, founding Prochem Industries in Sydney Australia in 2000.

Having worked all over Australia specialising in food safety and food hygiene across a wide variety of industries including poultry, dairy, beef and the retail sectors.

Peter has an intimate knowledge of business to business supply chains and international trade.

Early in his career, Peter was responsible for implementing the back of house food safety programme for Franklins (now Woolworths in some 1000 plus retail supermarkets across Australia). To this day the same programmes are still being used by Woolworths across all their stores Australia wide.
